 The Rotary Club of Dagupan East (RCDE) was visited by the District Governor Nominee, Manny C. Yu, MD, of RI District 3790 last August 18, 2008 during its Rotarization meeting held at the Lenox Hotel. Speaking as a Guest of Honor and Speaker, Dr. Yu, exhorted the RCDE Rotarians to always work and to give their best for the Club. The speaker also explained to the new members that to enkindle the spirit of volunteerism as a way to make the club prosper.
In the course of the meeting, it was announced that since Rotary Club of Dagupan East and Rotary Club of Northern Tarlac are sister clubs, more activities will be planned in the future to strengthen its networking potentials.
